Cancellation Policy
Remote: If you cancel your recording at least 1 business day before the booked time, there is no cancellation fee. However, should you cancel your recording within the 1 business day window, a cancellation fee of $450 will be applied.
Your Space: If you cancel your recording at least 3 business days before the booked time, there is no cancellation fee. However, should you cancel your recording within the 3 business day window, a cancellation fee of $2,500 will be applied.
Studio: If you cancel your recording at least 3 business days before the booked time, there is no cancellation fee. However, should you cancel your recording within the 3 business day window, a cancellation fee of $3,000 will be applied.
