Choose from Remote, Your Space, or Studio options. Then decide if you want to purchase a 3-Episode Pack or 6-Episode Pack.

If this is your first engagement with us, there will be a Setup Fee which will cover the creation of your video podcast in our system, graphic assets, selection of a track of music, media storage and backup, and access to an online booking service.

Schedule a Recording Session

Schedule a video podcast recording session using our online booking service.

For Remote sessions, plan one hour. We’ll send you a link and meeting invite to login to our platform for the session.

For Your Space/Studio sessions, plan at least 3-4 hours to record 3 episodes, especially if you want to take a short break in between recordings.

Record Your Video Podcast Episode

It’s time to record your video podcast!

For Remote sessions, all you have to do is login. A technician will supervise your recording, provide assistance, and help troubleshoot any issues.

For Your Space/Studio sessions, our production crew will arrive early, stage the space, setup cameras, lights, and microphones, and guide you through the recording process.

Our Team Edits Your Video Podcast Episode

After the recording session, our team will edit your video podcast, polish the video and audio, and provide a link to review the episode within 7 business days.

Upon approval, we’ll create 10 AI-automated social clips, a thumbnail, captions and audio files, a transcript, and a link to download the completed files within 4 business days.
